By downloading and using these files you agree to the following terms of use:

You May:

• You may use these designs/graphics for your own personal use.
• You may post your scrapbook pages, cards or other crafts on the web provided you give proper credit to the designer.
• You may recolor, subtract from or add to these designs/graphics but credit is still required.

Scrap for others/hire:

• You may use kits for s4o/s4h so long as proper credit is given and the finished product must be flattened and/or in printed form. Please do not share the actual product. Your customer should not be able to use these graphics for their own use in other words.

You May NOT:

• You may NOT claim these designs/graphics as your own even if you alter them in any way.
• You may NOT sell or redistribute these designs/graphics or otherwise share them them in any way.
• You may NOT use these designs/graphics for anything offensive in nature.

Commercial use TOU:

Commercial use: Kits that carry a commercial use means that you can use the design/graphics as part of a project that you may resell and profit from.

• You may: Use for Scrap for hire, digital kits or quick pages and/or web design. They must be part of a design; do not sell as you bought them.

• Do not: Please do not share, loan, rent, distribute, or transfer these files. You may not sell these files in their original form, either as a set or as individual elements. You may only use them as part of your creation. You may not turn them into a stamp or brush to be sold. Do not make any copies of these files except for back up purposes. You may use these in part to make kits to resell, but not as element packs.
